The integrative Team Coach works with the team to identify underlying patterns, assumptions and beliefs that influence their performance and interactions. This process supports the team to gain new insights to leverage and value its diversity. As the team cohesively aligns, the team improves its ability to handle complex challenges/opportunities.

Module 1

Skills Practice Gourps (SPG)

A strong foundation for professional coaching, covering topics such as coaching theory, systemic trust, the SAS coaching map, and effective brand presencing. Participants will also learn about ethical practice and contracting for both individual and group coaching sessions. Additionally, this module covers the neurobiology of remote and hybrid assertiveness, as well as the art of reflective practice.

Module 2

Team Dynamics (Behavioural)

Supervision is a key component of this programme. There are 3 x 1.5-hour group supervision sessions with our credentialed Supervisors plus 1 x 1:1 Team Coach Supervision with one of our ACTC credential Team Coach Supervisors.

Module 3

Observed Practice

5x Observed Practices within each of the modules. This is a vital part of group learning, developing experience and building your coaching muscle. Each participant will receive feedback/feedforward from their Team OP.

Module 4

Learning Management System

Our bespoke LMS platform guides you through your learning journey. Everything you need and more is on our system. Videos, tutorials, documents as well additional materials to widen and deepen your experience.

Module 5

Final Assessment

Each student is required to submit a recording of one of their team coaching sessions. This recording will be assessed against the ICF Team Competencies.

Team Coaching Focused Programmes

These programmes can be taken individually or integrated into your team coaching education portfolio. They are also
incredibly useful for coaches wanting to go through the recredentialling process – these are counted as CPD hours.

Each Focused Programme comprises three evening events. Two evenings focus on deepening your knowledge and putting theory into practice, whilst the third evening involves an observed team coaching session where you can practice your skills in a safe and supportive setting. During this session, you will receive feedback and feedforward from Master Coaches using the ICF Competencies framework. These evenings have proven invaluable for solo-working coaches who often feel alone in their work and their learning.

Our Workbooks and Learning Materials are two of the many ways in which our programmes set us apart from other coach training organisations. We are not just seeking to ‘impart’ knowledge about coaching, how to be a good or even great coach, what coaching skills are and how to use them. Our Customers Are Often Curious About?

This course leads to the following qualification: Integrative Certificate in Team Coaching with Science, Artistry & Systems. This qualification allows successful graduates to practice as a Team Coach. This programme is under review to be an ICF accredited programme and as such will enable you to apply for the newly developed and highly sought after ICF credential: Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching.

This programme has been written specifically focusing on the ICF Team Coaching competencies. 

All programme elements ensure you are able to apply for your personal credential – ACTC, once you have undertaken any further elements required by the ICF for example their “ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam”.

Facilitation: You do need to have experience in facilitation to attend this  programme, although if these are skills you would like to gain, please reach out to us to complete our 2-day ‘Introduction to Facilitation Skills’ programme.

Team Coaching Client: You will need to run team coaching sessions with 1 team client during this 8-month programme. As part of the process, you will need to receive their feedback on your work with them as their Team Coach.

Course Materials: You will be expected to be competent in reading, writing and understanding English to a reasonable level – although we are hoping in the future to run our courses in different languages. 

Entry: We would want to have a conversation with each prospective student to ensure you know what is required and confirm this is the right course for you and your needs.

Our meticulously designed 80-hour Team Coaching Programme offers a comprehensive learning experience, centered on 73-hours dedicated to mastering Team Coaching and embracing the ICF Team Competencies. To achieve full certification, participants complete an additional five team-based assignments, totalling 7-hours. This flexible structure lets you choose your path. You can either complete the full programme to earn your SBS Certificate, providing full accreditation and a straightforward route to obtaining your ICF personal Team Coaching credential, or use the 73-hours as coach-specific training toward your credential application through an alternate pathway.

Stand-Alone Team Coaching Programmes:

These programmes can be taken individually or integrated into your team coaching education portfolio. They are also incredibly useful for coaches wanting to go through the recredentialling process – these are counted as CPD hours. They do come at an additional cost of €950 per programme.

We appreciate our students are balancing work and life whilst studying for this Certificate. We have therefore carefully written this programme to optimise embedding learning over the eight month period. All programme elements are structured to support and enhance your student journey. Our goal – maximise your learning. 

Attendance requirements are clearly explained. If you are wanting to achieve the full accreditation Certificate, please make sure you complete all elements that are non- negotiable. By completing all of these elements, you are setting yourself up for success.

We want to ensure our courses are accessible and flexible for everyone. We regularly offer ‘Early Bird discounts and also offer a 10% reduction on any course if a student refers a colleague who registers and pays for a place on the same programme. 

We also have a unique offering that if any student refers three individuals who register and pay for a place on the same programme – their place in the programme WILL BE FREE.

We provide the opportunity for students to take out a flexible payment plan. This is interest free and spread out over the duration of your course. Instalments can even start before the course begins to spread the payments over a longer period. For detailed information, please read our payment terms and conditions.
