Richella possesses extensive experience as a Master Business and Executive Leadership Coach and Coaching Supervisor, amassed over three decades working within commercial and management settings. During her career, she has engaged with Senior and Emerging Leaders across various organisations, offering a comprehensive understanding of whole-system dynamics. Richella also holds qualifications as a Nutritional Therapist and an Interpersonal Neurobiology specialist with a deep understanding and practical application of Polyvagal Theory. This holistic approach enables Richella's clients to realise their potential, grasp their purpose and cultivate lifelong skills in self-regulation and co-regulation, enhancing their professional success and business performance.
